Job Description

Develops, implements, and manages our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X(formerly Twitter), TikTok, Threads, etc.). Schedule and publish social media content via social media. Develop and oversee influencer strategies and manage social media campaigns. Monitors and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjusts strategies accordingly. Collaborates with the digital team to integrate social media in to over all digital marketing campaigns. Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc. Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites. Responds to comments and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of various social media plat forms, their features, and best practices. Creative mind set with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content. Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media. Proficiency in using AI Tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign and Premiere Pro (or similar).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field(preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
