As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at BG Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media strategy. Your goal will be to showcase our construction projects, engage with our audience, and enhance our brand presence across various social media platforms. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the construction industry, showcasing our projects, expertise, and values.
• Create and curate visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to highlight our construction projects. Proficiency in photoshoots and video editing is required.
• Lead Generally through effective SEO Marketing and Google Ad campaigns.
• Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages.
• Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and actively engage with comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online community.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track engagement, and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• Experience in photoshoots and video editing.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms.
• An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to showcase construction projects effectively.
• Valid driver\'s license and own a car for transportation.
