Social Media Marketing Specialist We are looking for an experienced Social Media specialist to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media posts, campaigns including design, editing, and managing social accounts throughout all available platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create weekly/monthly social media calendars to promote brands on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat. - Design and execute and manage social media campaigns. - Create and design social media content. - Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner. This will be in English & Arabic - Track social media engagement to monitor and evaluate social media presence and performance. - Monitor trends in social media. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-2+ years' proven experience in social media including planning and managing content. - Proven track record with actual and proven results. - Experience in Real Estate is a plus. - Proficiency across all social media platforms with graphic design and copywriting skills. - Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe Suite) and MS Office. - Knowledgeable in using analytics and scheduling tools. - Ability to commute to our office - Ability to be flexible to work in a fast paste environment *Only candidate that qualify for the above mentioned skills and requirements will be considered for a face to face interview. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Real estate marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
