About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven

SMM Specialist

to manage and grow our company's social media presence. This role is key to ensuring a consistent brand voice, boosting engagement, and driving impactful campaigns across social media platforms. You will develop content strategies, manage community interactions, and support lead generation initiatives through engaging and data-driven social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Manage posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality, engaging content.

Community Management

Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry communities.

Campaigns & Growth

Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist. Increase followers, engagement, and reach across platforms. Coordinate with the outsourced SMM Project Manager and Copywriter to ensure campaign quality.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, measure, and report on social media performance. Provide insights on engagement trends, content effectiveness, and audience growth. Recommend strategies to improve ROI and impact.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and algorithms. Suggest creative and innovative content ideas to keep the brand ahead.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
