Job Description

We are looking for a serious, skilled, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is not a "just post on Instagram" job -- we need someone who can manage full digital marketing operations end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and design photos & short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Ads) with professional quality. Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads). Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting). Implement SEO strategies to increase website ranking and traffic. Manage and optimize WordPress websites (content, plugins, updates). Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Plan and execute content calendars across all social platforms. Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements for ROI.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, ads, and digital marketing. Strong skills in photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere, or similar tools). Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite & Google Ads Manager. Knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research). Familiarity with WordPress (posting, plugin management, landing pages). Experience with CRM systems (lead tracking, automation is a plus). Strong communication in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
