Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who understands retail, brand tone, and customer engagement at a professional level. This role suits someone who can manage the entire digital presence of a fast-growing retail brand and translate day-to-day activity into meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement Manage daily content planning, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms Lead creative direction for campaigns, photo/video shoots, and content production Work closely with designers, photographers, and influencers to execute campaigns with consistency Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on data Maintain a cohesive brand identity and ensure all digital output reflects the company's standards

Requirements



3-5 years' experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within retail or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of content trends, customer behaviour, and platform algorithms Confident in writing, planning, and producing content Experience working with creative teams and external partners Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract

Pay: BD900.000 - BD1,000.000 per month

Work Location: On the road
