Company Introduction

We are a leading Ecommerce and DTC brand in the Beauty & Personal Care sector, seeking a talented Social Media Manager. This position is available for a freelancer working 3 days per week (20-25 hours/week). The candidate must be proficient in English and possess a senior-level background in social media management. The payment range for this role is $2000- $4000 per month. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated directly with the client in the interview.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create and curate compelling content tailored for various social media platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

Proven experience in social media management, particularly in the Ecommerce/DTC space. Strong understanding of performance-oriented strategies and metrics. Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) strategies. Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools. * Creative mindset with a passion for the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
