We are in the hunt for a skilled and strategic Social Media and E-Commerce Executive to fortify our online presence and drive e-commerce sales. If you are someone who can seamlessly navigate through various social media platforms and e-commerce trends, and have a proven track record managing branded social media accounts and online marketplaces, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, develop, and execute innovative social media strategies to uplift brand visibility, engagement, and e-commerce sales. Curate, create, and manage compelling content across diverse social media platforms. Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and posts in a brand-consistent voice. Oversee product listings, updates, and promotional activities on several e-commerce platforms. Analyze and leverage key metrics to optimize strategies as needed. Present performance reports to the management, providing insights on ROI. Work collaboratively with various departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field. Solid experience in social media management and e-commerce within a brand or business environment. Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords). Expertise in managing e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay). Proficient with MS Office and CMS (Content Management System). Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills. Demonstrated experience with social analytics tools and social networking. Working knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO. Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
