Job Overview

Funderblu is seeking a creative, driven female Social Media Manager who can also produce impactful UGC to boost our online presence and brand authority. This dual-role position combines strategic social management with hands-on video and content creation, playing a crucial role in our aggressive marketing strategy within the finance and trading sector. Candidates with finance or trading knowledge are preferred, but not required.?

Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies in line with company goals.? Create, curate, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, and written posts) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).? Shoot, edit, and produce UGC-style videos demonstrating product use, sharing educational/brand stories, or engaging with trending finance topics.? Collaborate closely with the marketing team for campaign ideation.? Engage with followers, answer queries, and manage community growth actively.? Analyze and report social media metrics, adapting strategies for growth and ROI.? Monitor current trends and competitor activity; experiment with new formats and approaches.? Identify and collaborate with influencers in the trading and finance space for cross-promotions.?
Requirements

Female candidates only. Proven experience in social media management and UGC creation (portfolio required).? Excellent English speaking and writing skills (video presence is a plus). Hands-on knowledge of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and content tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or mobile editors (CapCut, InShot).? Creative mindset, with the ability to shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Ability to analyze social metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.? Self-starter energetic attitude, passion for trading/finance or willingness to learn. Any nationality, appealing on-camera presence encouraged.
