This is a hybrid role that balances administrative organization with creative digital marketing.
Office Administration:
Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Handling incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
Maintaining office files, managing schedules, and assisting with basic data entry for the management team.
Assisting the Parts Purchaser and Accountant with administrative tasks as needed.
Social Media & Content:
Capturing photos and videos of the "work in progress" and finished car projects in the workshop.
Posting daily updates, Reels, and Stories on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Responding to comments and DMs to convert inquiries into workshop bookings.
Ensuring the "Slick Custom Auto" brand remains professional and visually stunning across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Previous experience in an office administrative role
AND
a strong portfolio of social media content (personal or professional).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in mobile editing apps.
Communication:
Fluent in
English
(written and verbal). Ability to handle client inquiries with grace and professional tone.
Personality:
Multi-tasker, highly organized, and creative. You should be comfortable moving between a desk and the workshop floor to capture content.
Interest:
A passion for cars or the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
