Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator & Videographer to join our Dubai office in Business Bay.

You'll work closely with our existing international marketing and sales teams to produce compelling, authentic, and high-performing content that drives brand awareness, promotes listings and developer projects, and helps our key team members grow their social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Video Creation

Produce professional videos and photo content for second-hand listings and new developments. Work with the sales team to translate property insights into engaging visual stories. Capture on-site visuals, client interviews, lifestyle footage, and event highlights.
Cross-Market Collaboration

Work with our international teams in the UK and China to create multilingual, cross-market content. Support employer branding and help key individuals grow authentic KOL-style profiles across platforms.
Social Media & Campaigns

Plan, produce, and post content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WeChat, RED, and other platforms. Work with developers to execute launch campaigns and promote brand partnerships. Analyse content performance and continuously refine strategy for better engagement and lead generation.

What We're Looking For

Good understanding of Dubai's real estate market and digital media landscape.

Skilled in videography, editing, and storytelling.

Fluent English (Chinese or Arabic a plus).

Creative, proactive, and self-motivated -- a true team player.

High energy, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.

Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
