We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Social Media Marketer to join our team at DKV International Real Estate LLC in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance our online presence, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop, script, create, and edit engaging and trendy organic social media content.
Drive organic traffic for marketing, lead generation, and branding initiatives.
Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms for maximum reach and engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop high-quality, trendy content.
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven skills in content writing, creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Knowledge of videography and video editing.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
