Promote and enhance the digital presence of our CEO and affiliated brands across key social media platforms in Asian market.
Serve as the face of the brand in online and offline engagements.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
Identify new platforms, markets, communities, and audience segments to elevate the CEO's personal and professional brand.
Initiate and manage communication with potential collaborators, media outlets, and event opportunities.
Draft proposals and ensure timely follow-ups on all partnership or collaboration opportunities.
Content Creation & Scheduling:
Develop high-quality, platform-specific content (e.g., thought leadership posts, videos, reels, quotes, behind-the-scenes insights) that reflects the CEO's vision, values, and personality.
Create and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic posting across all platforms.
Optimize content timing and format for maximum engagement and reach.
Research & Content Development:
Conduct regular research on industry trends, leadership topics, and relevant news to keep content fresh and relevant.
Provide timely updates and insights to enhance content strategy and storytelling.
Goal Setting & Achievement:
Focus on exponential growth of followers, engagement and content quality across all social media platforms.
Define and track key performance goals aligned with growth in reach, engagement, and influence for the CEO's online presence.
Continuously analyze performance and refine strategies based on results.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination:
Organise and involve in seminars, podcast and events as a part of brand engagement.
Collaborate closely with the internal Marketing team to align messaging and maximize cross-channel impact.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and personal branding assets.
Content & Platform Management:
Regularly review and update digital touchpoints such as personal websites, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Manage brand email communications, ensuring prompt and professional correspondence.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide periodic performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
Present content plans, growth ideas, and social media trends that align with the CEO's long-term brand strategy.
