What Are We Looking For
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent 2 years of experience in social media or community management
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Experience with social and community quality assurance programs

Responsibilities:
Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
Collaborating with Creative Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
Monitoring users\' engagement with and feedback on every post.
Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
Develop tactical social, content, and influencer strategies
Manage content calendars, social copywriting, and content posting
Optimize content, by identifying what drives the most growth
Deploy social listening to deeply understand our customers
Generate content that will impact various groups of demographics
Work cross-functionally with our marketing team to deliver a cohesive brand voice
Research to find interesting consumer insights that we can leverage on
Read and internalize social media comments and differentiate people\xe2\x80\x99s behaviors on different social platforms
Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
We will identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.
