Planning and Research:
Research, plan, recommend creative campaign initiatives & content (Video, photos, GIFs) for the hotels based on seasonality, demand factors, and global benchmarks from top hotel brands
Regularly conduct competitive research on content strategies to identify and implement impactful content ideas
Content Creation and Management:
Create/capture engaging content (highlighting guest experiences, F&B offerings, hotel aesthetics, USPs, surrounding attractions, and events for all digital and traditional channels. (Videos, Images, GIFs, Text)
Develop & publish monthly content plans tailored for various social media platforms to increase engagement.
Stay updated with content trends and new features on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and adapt these trends for the properties.
Manage & execute photo/video shoots, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders for social media content plans
Enhance brand visibility through compelling copywriting and by adopting storytelling
Manage and enhance the content bank for cluster hotels
Digital Presence and Branding:
Ensure content accuracy & relevance across platforms like websites, social media channels, review platforms, 3rd party sites and OTAs via monthly audits.
Collaborate with graphic designer & content creator to produce brand-aligned content for digital marketing channels & social media
Represent the hotels in all events and promotions when needed, and capture content (Videos/Photos) or provide guidance to the content creator in terms of photographs/videos to be taken for all required brand initiatives, functions, conferences and instances of VIP guests visiting the hotel
Community and Influencer Engagement:
Source, engage, and manage influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and promotional campaigns. Create influencer briefs and end-to-end communication with hotel team and influencers to ensure achieving all deliverables
Handle timely responses to social media inquiries and oversee guest communication channels, collaborating with Guest Experience Teams on online reviews
Monitor user generated content and sentiments. Work with Cluster PR & Communications Manager to handle crisis situations.
Measure Success & Continuous Learning
Measure success of all social media pages with the use of analytics platforms and work to achieve set KPIs with continuous recommendations on improvement
Partnerships and Affiliations:
Identify and foster partnership/sponsorship opportunities, ensuring mutual benefits.
Manage affiliate relationships, identifying new avenues for affiliate-marketing growth in alignment with brand values.
Engage and build relationships with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and quality products/services.
Operational Duties:
Maintain a promotional calendar for optimal content visibility and user engagement.
Work with external sponsors, partners, suppliers, and ad agencies to ensure consistent branding and timely product delivery.
