What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a monthly

content calendar

aligned with our marketing goals. Jump on the latest trends--

Reels, Stories, Carousels

--and make them brand-worthy. Create platform-tailored content for

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok

, and more. Schedule, publish, and actively manage community engagement. Write sharp, brand-aligned

captions, hashtags

, and effective CTAs. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams for cohesive campaigns. Monitor performance metrics--

reach, engagement, growth, conversions

--and adjust strategy accordingly. Align organic and paid efforts, collaborating with the digital marketing team. Stay current with algorithm updates, platform features, and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (real estate experience is a plus) Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement strategies Great writing and communication skills Familiarity with Canva or other content tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize results Highly organized, detail-driven, and creative
