About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, video editing, and social media strategy, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and brand voices simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) for multiple brands. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create short-form and long-form video content using editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with campaign goals. Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to stay relevant and competitive. Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build a positive online community. Manage social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of content for each brand.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media management (preferably for multiple brands or an agency). Proven experience with video editing and content creation. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Basic graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
