Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and presence. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, strategic planner, and adept at utilizing various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. In addition to online content creation and community management, the role requires visiting project sites under construction to capture professional photos and videos for social media use.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives. Create compelling and shareable content across platforms, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts. Visit project sites (under construction or completed) regularly to capture high-quality photos and videos. Manage and grow our social media communities, fostering engagement and building brand loyalty. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Utilize analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels. Maintain and enforce a consistent brand presence across all social media platforms. Maintain an organized content library of site photos and videos for marketing use.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Familiarity with basic photo and video shooting techniques (using a smartphone or camera). Knowledge of design tools (such as Canva, Photoshop) to create basic visuals. Basic video editing skills for creating engaging reels and short clips. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Strong project management skills to execute content and campaign plans effectively. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the interior design, construction, or real estate industry is a plus. UAE driving license is an advantage.
