Undertake social media platforms\' performance and audience engagement research based on social media handle visits, number of followers, likes, comments, number of shares or reposts etc.
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
Define, set, track and ensure improvement of the applicable departmental KPIs.
