About the Job

MCG Talent have partnered with a global advisory firm who are looking to hire a Social Media Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading social media efforts, creating and implementing social media strategies, managing social media campaigns, and overseeing social media content creation. The Social Media Director will be a key member of the team and will work closely with other departments to ensure that clients\' social media needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with clients\' business goals
Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Manage a team of social media specialists and coordinate with other departments to ensure that social media content is on brand and aligned with clients\' messaging
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices
Analyse and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Manage clients\' social media budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our social media services

About the Candidate

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
Experience managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Must be willing to relocate to Dubai
