Job Description

General Overview

This role is responsible for creating, planning, and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing all

social media platforms, and producing engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and goals. The

ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, strong visual and written communication skills, and a deep

understanding of digital trends.

Responsibilities:

Follow all company polices outlined in the Employee Handbook and General Policies and Procedures as
well as sanitation and safety standards set by the Company.

Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Manage day-to-day social media activities: posting, community engagement, and maintaining brand tone. Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality visuals, captions, and video content
for digital campaigns.

Support and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid ads, influencer
marketing, and promotions.

Track and analyze social media and digital campaign performance using analytics tools and generate
regular reports.

Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure innovative and effective
digital strategies.

Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and brand consistency across all platforms. Assist in creating digital content for websites, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in managing social media accounts and digital campaigns. Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, etc.) Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and SEO is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
