Social Media and Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Social Media and Marketing Executive to drive our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and manage all digital communication channels within the competitive Dubai property market.

?Key Responsibilities

?Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.

?Content Creation:

Plan, shoot, edit, and write compelling, high-quality content (videos, virtual tours, professional photography, property listings, blog posts) that showcases Dubai properties and market insights. ?Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) focused on generating qualified buyer and seller leads for our sales team. ?Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on all marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data to maximize ROI and achieve targets. ?Brand & Website Management: Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and manage website updates/SEO to improve organic traffic. ?Market Research: Stay current on Dubai real estate trends, competitor activities, and platform best practices.

?Qualifications & Requirements

?Proven 1+ years of digital marketing experience, with specific experience in the Dubai Real Estate market being mandatory. ?Demonstrable expertise in managing major social media platforms and running successful paid ad campaigns. ?Exceptional skills in content creation, including photography, video editing, and copywriting. ?Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software. ?Excellent communication and organizational skills; must be a self-starter and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
