Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos, including Instagram Reels and Stories.
Write compelling captions, select relevant hashtags, and schedule/post content consistently.
Maintain a cohesive Instagram feed and visual aesthetic in line with brand guidelines.
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content to engage with the community.
Track Instagram insights and performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
Stay current on Instagram trends, features, and best practices, and apply them creatively.
Organize and archive content assets for future use.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in content creation for social media (portfolio or Instagram handle required).
Skilled in mobile photography and videography, with an eye for composition and detail.
Proficiency in video editing apps/software
Strong understanding of Instagram, including Reels, Stories, Highlights, and engagement tools.
Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable managing content end-to-end.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
