About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative

Arab female Social Media Coordinator and Content Writer

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Arabic culture and language nuances, exceptional writing skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to create engaging, culturally relevant digital content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Write clear, compelling, and creative content in Arabic and English for posts, captions, blogs, and campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that reflect brand values and resonate with target audiences. Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community management on all social platforms. Analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest strategies for improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and cultural moments relevant to Arab audiences. Work with designers and videographers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing storytelling.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management and/or content writing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

Arabic (native)

and

English (fluent)

. Deep understanding of Arab culture, digital trends, and online behavior. Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.). Strong creative sense with attention to detail and storytelling ability. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Familiarity with influencer marketing and content collaborations. Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of digital marketing principles.
