We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator with IT experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand strategy

Visit project sites as required to capture photos and videos for social media and marketing use

Coordinate on-site content creation including progress updates, behind-the-scenes footage, and completed works

Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports

Coordinate with internal teams to promote IT products, services, and updates

Manage website content, basic troubleshooting, and digital platform integrations

Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and social media best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management

IT background or experience (website management, CMS, basic troubleshooting, digital tools), is advantage.

Ability to conduct site visits and work in different locations when required

Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)

Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing

Strong communication and content-writing skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Skills:

Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)

Experience managing business, construction, or IT-related accounts

Understanding of IT services, systems, or digital infrastructure is an advantage
