Convert inquiries into orders through warm, helpful guidance
Follow up on
abandoned carts and warm leads
Manage a
high-value / repeat buyers list
for exclusive offers, gifting, and priority communication
2. Instagram Content, Stories & Community Management
Plan and schedule
Instagram feed posts
Create and execute a
weekly Instagram stories strategy
(engaging and conversion-focused)
Design and use
post and story templates
for seasonal campaigns (Eid, Ramadan, sales, launches)
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
Actively engage with the Instagram community (likes, comments, shares)
Proactively engage with
high-value customers
via Instagram stories and interactions
Maintain a
consistent brand voice and visual tone
across all Instagram activity
3. Influencer, Collaborations & Asset Management
Shortlist influencers based on
brand fit, audience quality, and relevance
Plan and execute influencer collaborations
Maintain
influencer records
(names, content style, deliverables, fees, codes)
Track influencer performance (reach, engagement, codes, sales where applicable)
Plan and manage
monthly influencer collaborations
Save, organize, and maintain all influencer and UGC content
(images, videos, stories, reels) in the brand's
asset library
