Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage social media calendars and schedule posts effectively
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
4-5 years proven experience in social media management
Strong knowledge of
graphic design tools
(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Solid IT skills with understanding of web, analytics, and SEO basics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Creativity and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
