Job Summary:

We are seeking a

creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator

fluent in Arabic to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and interacting with our Arabic-speaking audience to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and copy Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize performance Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain community interaction Track analytics and generate reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth Assist in developing social media campaigns and promotional strategies Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms Support paid social campaigns by providing creative content and ad copy Stay updated on emerging social media tools, technologies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies Photography or video editing skills
