The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing, creating, and curating engaging content across all social media platforms to enhance the brand presence of

. The role requires prior experience in the Food & Beverage sector to effectively represent our products, services, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content (photos, videos, captions, and stories) for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure timely and consistent publishing.
Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social channels to maintain a positive brand image.
Collaborate with the F&B operations team to create campaigns that highlight menu items, promotions, events, and seasonal offerings.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for content creation and brand collaborations.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the F&B industry.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all social media content.
Assist in developing paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management,
specifically in the Food & Beverage sector
.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with excellent photography, videography, and editing skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social scheduling platforms.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for events.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
