Job Description

Job Requirements:
1. Primarily focused on growing account follower counts, responsible for establishing virtual influencer accounts, content planning, publishing, engagement, and operational maintenance;
2. Design an influencer content account matrix for Instagram/TikTok, plan account positioning, topic selection, and publishing schedules, and utilize AI tools to produce diverse content formats including short videos, Reels, and image-text posts;
3. Conduct in-depth research and continuous monitoring of similar virtual influencer accounts on social media to stay updated on emerging viral content trends;
4. Iterate content strategies based on data insights, international social media trends, platform updates, and trending topics.
Position Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience managing Instagram/TikTok accounts or cross-border social media operations, with thorough understanding of platform rules and algorithms;
2. Basic video editing skills, proficient in CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools;
3. Fluent English communication, keen sense for overseas social media trends, and strong online presence;
4. Data-driven mindset to optimize content strategies based on analytics and boost social media conversion rates;
5. Self-motivated with strong curiosity, proficient in AI content generation tools, and experience leveraging AI tools for social media account management;
6. Experience managing overseas self-media accounts or official accounts for international enterprises is preferred, with demonstrable follower growth achievements!
7. Candidates with outstanding domestic self-media/official account management experience who are willing to transition to overseas social media operations and can utilize AI for English expression are also welcome!
Prior experience managing overseas influencer accounts is advantageous!
8. Portuguese or Chinese language is a plus
