About the Role

We are hiring a

Social Media Content Specialist

to create and manage high-performing short-form content across

Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

for multiple client brands.

This role focuses on

content ideation + scripting + coordination of execution

. You will work closely with videographers/editors and may appear on camera when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Independently brainstorm and develop original, creative concepts for short-form video content. Write concise, compelling scripts with strong hooks and clear CTAs in Arabic / English. Use AI tools to support idea generation and content development - not as the main source of creativity. Collaborate with the production team to bring scripts to life (briefs, shot guidance, execution notes). managing social media accounts (scheduling, tracking, and content planning). Learn and assist in assigning tasks and coordinating creative workflows using tools such as Asana. Create content ideas tailored to each client, brand, or campaign.

This Role Will NOT Include

? Video editing or photo retouching

? Graphic design

? Paid ads buying (Meta/Google media buying)

Requirements

Strong creative and trend-spotting mindset for Reels/TikTok/Shorts Fluent Arabic & English (spoken + written) --

mandatory

(GCC dialect preferred) Excellent caption writing + strong short-form scripting (hooks, storytelling, clear CTAs) Experience posting/scheduling on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Organized, self-driven, culturally aware, and brand-aligned On-camera confidence is a plus

Nice to Have (Optional)

Agency experience On-camera confidence Understanding of UAE/GCC audiences
