We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Content Specialist to manage and execute our digital content across social media platforms. The role involves content planning, photography, videography, editing, and publishing, ensuring a strong and consistent online presence for the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a monthly social media content plan.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of classes, activities, and events.
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Write engaging and brand-aligned captions.
Publish content and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Manage social media accounts and respond to comments and messages professionally.
Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide insights.
Propose creative content ideas and campaigns regularly.
Coordinate with management and teachers to highlight achievements and activities.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong skills in photography and videography (mobile or camera).
Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with an understanding of educational audiences (students and parents).
