. This role is ideal for a content expert who knows how to craft engaging, brand-aligned posts that attract job seekers, promote employer brand content, and increase visibility for hiring campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and X (Twitter).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with recruitment campaigns and company branding goals.
Create engaging, high-converting content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short videos) for job openings, hiring events, employee testimonials, and workplace culture.
Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to translate job postings and hiring needs into compelling social media campaigns.
Maintain and grow a content calendar for all relevant social channels.
Optimize content for SEO and engagement using the latest trends, hashtags, and performance analytics.
Track KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, traffic, and candidate conversions; prepare monthly performance reports.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to suggest improvements and new ideas.
Manage and interact with followers, respond to queries, and foster community growth across all channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and promotion within the
recruitment, staffing, or HR industry
.
Strong portfolio showcasing recruitment-related posts and campaigns.
Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and social media management platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar).
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of tone for different audiences.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms, performance metrics, and content formats.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Video editing skills for short-form content like Instagram Reels or TikTok.
