Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly driven
Social Media / Content / Podcast Specialist
to join our Marketing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a content-savvy storyteller who can build a strong brand presence across social channels, create engaging digital content, and lead the production of Adventus.io's podcasts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and audio/video production.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.).
Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Create platform-specific content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and carousels.
Monitor social media performance; track KPIs and generate monthly analytics reports.
Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation online.
Content Creation
Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for digital platforms.
Create scripts, captions, blogs, email copy, and communication pieces aligned with Adventus.io's brand voice.
Collaborate with internal teams, especially Product, Sales, and Student Recruitment, to source content.
Support content creation for marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Podcast Production & Management
Lead end-to-end podcast operations -- planning, scripting, scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external guests for podcast episodes.
Ensure strong audio/video quality and oversee post-production.
Distribute podcast content across platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, etc.).
Repurpose podcast content into short clips and social media assets.
Brand & Creative Support
Maintain brand consistency across all content outputs.
Support video shoots, interviews, and creative projects as needed.
Assist in developing new content formats, storytelling ideas, and digital series.
Requirements
Must-Have
2-4 years of experience in social media, digital content creation, or podcast production.
Strong copywriting skills and a good command of English.
Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design/video editing tools.
Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content.
Experience in managing and growing social media channels.
Familiarity with podcast recording, editing, and publishing tools.
Nice-to-Have
Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, or the international education industry.
Photography or videography skills.
Understanding of SEO and digital analytics.
Ability to host or co-host podcast episodes.
