talented and creative Content Manager & Copywriter
to join our growing marketing team.
About the Role
As our Content Manager & Copywriter, you will be the voice of Kalinka Middle East across digital platforms. You'll create engaging, elegant, and persuasive content that reflects our brand's premium positioning in the market.
We're looking for someone who can craft compelling stories, develop high-impact marketing campaigns, and produce SEO-optimized content tailored to Russian-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Write and edit clear, engaging content for web, social media, email campaigns, brochures, listings, and more
Develop and manage the content calendar for Russian-language channels
Adapt English marketing materials into high-quality Russian content
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and launches
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all platforms
Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement and SEO analytics
Requirements
Fluent in Russian (native or near-native) and English
Proven experience as a content manager, copywriter, or similar role--preferably in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle industries
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Solid understanding of SEO, social media trends, and content strategy
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of the Dubai or UAE real estate market is a plus
