Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute engaging

digital content

across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create

high-quality photo and video content

for property listings, agent branding, and company campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop

creative storytelling

that highlights our properties and services. Write

captivating captions, blogs, and promotional copy

aligned with brand tone and voice. Monitor content performance and implement strategies to

increase engagement and reach

. Stay updated on

real estate trends

, social media algorithms, and creative tools to ensure fresh and relevant content. Assist in

property shoots

, video walkthroughs, and virtual tours for new listings. Manage

content calendars

, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive

in the Dubai real estate industry

(mandatory). Proven experience in

producing video content

and

real estate photography

. Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and real estate terminologies. Proficiency in

video editing tools

(Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Knowledge of

graphic design tools

(Canva, Photoshop, capcut, Illustrator). Excellent

English communication skills

-- both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and creatively in a

fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

of past real estate content (required for application).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred).
