We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team and manage our social media presence and the online community.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for co-creating engaging content, growing our online communities, and driving brand awareness across all social media platforms.

While a strong foundation in the real estate industry is preferred for this role, it is not mandatory.

Platform Management & Organic Content Creation

Manage day-to-day operations of the company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. Co-plan, create, and publish engaging organic social media posts to drive organic growth and increase brand visibility using popular content creation tools for reels like CapCut, Mojo and Canva on both mobile and desktop. Instagram Savvy and aware of the trending videos and audios for organic posts and reels on Instagram and TikTok. Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule tailored to each platform. Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost a positive and interactive community foundation. Engage with followers by initiating conversations, answering queries, and addressing feedback promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities to join trending discussions and leverage user-generated content to build a loyal community. Track audience sentiment and provide insights to enhance content and engagement strategies. Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.

Campaigns & Promotions

Support in project launches, events, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams in Abud Dhabi and Dubai to amplify campaigns and ensure consistent messaging. Help in selecting the best creatives for campaigns for all ad placements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in social media management. Proven ability to create and execute successful social media strategies. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, social media listening tool, and data analytics Excellent writing, editing, and creative skills. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools for reels is a plus Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, content creation and growing connections.
