We are looking for a motivated and creative person to join our team as a
Social Media & Client Relations Executive
.Your role will include managing social media pages, replying to client inquiries, coordinating with the team, and assisting in sales follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Ideas and Planning Manage daily content posting and engagement on social media Handle client inquiries (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone) Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales Coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver client requests Track performance and prepare simple reports Maintain fast response time and strong communication
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English + Arabic is a plus) Experience in social media management Basic understanding of sales and customer service Ability to multitask and work under pressure Organized, proactive, and reliable
