Job Purpose:

The Social Media Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to promote the company's Food & Beverage (F&B) brands in Qatar. The role requires proven experience in the F&B industry, strong knowledge of the local market, and fluency in

Arabic and English

to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media campaign strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Snapchat). Create engaging Arabic and English content tailored to F&B audiences in Qatar. Manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports with insights and recommendations. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build strong brand-consumer relationships. Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and design teams to align campaigns with promotions and events. Stay updated on the latest F&B and social media trends in Qatar. Ensure all content and campaigns reflect brand guidelines and maintain consistent identity. Monitor competitors' activities and suggest creative approaches to differentiate the brand.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in social media campaign management for the F&B industry in Qatar.

Fluency in Arabic and English

(written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Qatar's F&B market, consumer behavior, and cultural trends. Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Google Analytics, etc.). Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
