Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute impactful real estate marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Manage company social media platforms and maintain a consistent content calendar Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and branded visuals for property listings and brand-building Collaborate with the sales team to generate and convert qualified leads Design and coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and digital content Stay updated on real estate and social media trends to keep content relevant Assist with events, open house promotions, and client engagement initiatives Analyze campaign performance and optimize content for better reach and ROI

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in Dubai

Strong understanding of the

Dubai real estate market

and buyer behavior Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient in social media platforms, content creation, and graphic tools Creative, outgoing, trend-aware, and able to work both independently and in a team
