About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Campaign Executive to join Go Kite Travel and Tours. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation and campaign performance, using creative storytelling and cost-effective strategies to maximize results across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute lead-focused social media campaigns across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, YouTube).

Manage Meta campaigns end-to-end -- from ad setup and audience targeting to budget optimization and performance tracking.

Develop creative, conversion-driven ad copy and video scripts for social and promotional content.

Collaborate with content and design teams to develop visuals and assets that align with campaign goals.

Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and post professional updates to grow brand visibility.

Support the Events Team with on-ground social coverage, live updates, and event storytelling.

Analyze campaign performance and share insights to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or campaign management (travel industry experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Meta platforms, Ads Manager, and campaign optimization techniques.

Proven experience in lead generation through paid and organic campaigns.

Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling skills.

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, targeting, and analytics is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns with tight budgets and deadlines.

Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
