We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Social Media Campaign Manager

who is confident in front of the camera and passionate about storytelling. This role blends

campaign strategy, content planning

on-camera video creation

to build engaging brand narratives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Campaigns

Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. Work with the content and design teams to build campaign calendars. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and trends. Stay updated with the latest platform features, formats, and viral trends.

Video Content Creation (On-Camera)

Act as the

face of the brand

for reels, YouTube shorts, explainer videos, and other digital content. Script, plan, and shoot short-form and long-form video content. Collaborate with the video editing and creative teams to ensure high-quality output. Create engaging and relatable content aligned with campaign goals and audience interests.

Requirements:

Strong on-camera presence with confidence in acting/speaking directly to the audience. Experience managing and executing social media campaigns (especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn). Ability to ideate and script video content. Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field. Prior experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
