Expert in Social Media and Propertyfinder Portals for Real Estate in Dubai Mandatory Dubai Real Estate Experience Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day administrative activities. Proficient in managing Property Listings across various advertising platforms such as Property Finder and Dubizzle. Update property listings, generate tenancy contracts, invoices, and quotations. Familiarity with the Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest. Compose tenancy contracts and addendums for new and renewed properties. Provide support to the team and management in sales and leasing transactions. Identify potential property listings through proactive calling. Serve as a liaison between clients, employees, and external agencies.
