Interested? Well, why not apply to be our Social Media & Marketing Manager? The advertised role requires a strategic thinker with a background in marketing, who has experience with social media. The job can broadly be divided into two main areas of responsibility: Strategic Marketing (Primary)

  • Design and justify marketing plan (including budget).
  • Gather and process relevant data and information, using relevant analytical tools.
  • Use processed data to make strategic marketing decisions.
  • Design and roll out marketing campaigns and material with the objective of increasing engagement and growing customer base.
  • Regulate and efficiently use marketing budget to optimize outreach of campaigns.
Social Media Outreach (Secondary)
  • Essential platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
  • Design, manage, and post content on relevant platforms, on a daily basis.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Run company social media advertising campaigns
  • Curate and manage Brand digital presence.
  • Run email campaigns as necessary.
  • Design, manage, and implement Google Ads strategy.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • A minimum of three (3) years working in marketing, with at least one (1) of those years having been with social media.
  • A management or marketing degree or diploma. Adequate experience will be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
  • Strong writing skills (English).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data models.
  • Experience with Mailchimp.
  • Self-starter with good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
This is a full-time remote position, working with a company based in Los Angeles, California. Please apply only if you have the necessary equipment to work from home. Work hours will be Monday-to-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST. Previous experience with working for an American company remotely is preferred, but not compulsory. Our Hiring Process This role involves two interviews and a trial assignment. We aspire to ensure that no more than three days elapse between each stage, but delays may occur.
