Smart Station is seeking a professional Social Media Admin with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing digital accounts, advanced skills in Instagram optimization, website design, and AI tools. Arabic fluency is required for effective communication. All nationalities are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage company accounts across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, X/Twitter, etc.). Optimize Instagram performance through deep understanding of algorithms, effective hashtags, and engaging Reels and Stories. Create, schedule, and publish daily content, promptly engage with customer inquiries. Plan, execute, and analyze paid ad campaigns (Google Ads & social platforms). Design and update company websites using WordPress or similar tools, enhancing user experience. Utilize AI tools for content creation, analytics, and marketing automation. Prepare monthly reports on growth and performance, with recommendations for improvement. Write video scripts and coordinate with the photographer to create unique, high-quality video content that represents the brand and its services effectively.
Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic (native or non-native speakers). Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and web design. Deep knowledge of Instagram growth and engagement strategies. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and website builders. Preferably owns a high-performance laptop and licensed design software. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and AI marketing tools. Organized, creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
