Female Social Media Admin

to manage and grow our digital presence across all platforms!

Position: Social Media Admin (Female)

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily posting, engagement, and performance across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Create and schedule engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories) aligned with brand aesthetics Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate with the creative and salon team to capture live content (before/after looks, stylist work, events) Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to stay ahead in the beauty niche Track metrics and provide weekly performance reports Assist with email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and online promotions

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience managing business social media accounts, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube platforms Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.) Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently Must currently reside in the UAE
