Position Overview: Job Title: Social Media Account Manager - Professional Beauty Department Location: Dubai, U.A.E. Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: 1. Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for professional beauty brands like Oak, Lotus, Iconic, Copacabana, etc., to strengthen brand presence in the Dubai market. 2. Content Creation: Generate compelling content for home care and salon-focused marketing initiatives, spanning social media, websites, and promotional materials. 3. Photoshoots and Video Production: Oversee and coordinate photoshoots and video production to highlight the features and benefits of our professional beauty products. 4. Social Media Management: Manage and curate content on various social media platforms, fostering engagement and building a community around our brands. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns. 6. Events and Promotions: Plan and execute events, promotions, and collaborations to boost brand awareness and drive product sales across both home care and salon channels. 7. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development\xe3\x80\x82 Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, with a focus on professional beauty products.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience in coordinating photoshoots and video production.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and video editing skills
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with the professional beauty industry, including home care and salon segments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
