We're now looking for a

Social Media Manager

to join our growing team, someone who lives and breathes content, understands digital culture, and can translate creative ideas into measurable results.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media presence for multiple client brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat etc.) Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with each brand's identity and business goals Plan, create, and publish engaging content in collaboration with our creative and marketing teams Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and brand-aligned tone Analyze performance metrics and prepare insightful reports to optimize content and campaign effectiveness Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media tools Support campaign planning and performance marketing initiatives when required

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and audience engagement strategies Excellent communication and creative writing skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus) Familiarity with content creation tools and mobile editing apps (basic design or photography skills are an advantage) Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
