Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused
Account Manager
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service across all projects and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Understand client goals and develop tailored strategies to meet their needs Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, production) to execute campaigns Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and upsell services Resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 05/05/2025
