Job Description

A leading organization supporting an aviation end customer in the government sector. The organization is currently seeking a SOC Manager to lead security operations and ensure robust cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC) team of 10-15 members.
Manage day-to-day SOC activities, including incident detection, response, and resolution.
Utilize SIEM tools to monitor, analyze, and address security threats effectively.
Conduct in-depth penetration testing and implement threat intelligence strategies.
Develop and manage workflows for Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI).
Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain governance for aviation-related projects.
Collaborate with consulting and MSSP teams to enhance cybersecurity frameworks.
Prepare and deliver periodic reports on SOC performance and threat assessments.

Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive SOC experience in GCC-based projects.
Technical expertise in SIEM tools, penetration testing, and CTI management.
Security clearance required for government aviation projects.
Onsite presence required in Abu Dhabi, 5 days per week.
Regional expertise in GCC cybersecurity projects.
Background in consulting or MSSP industries.
